Return Policy

MailerShop.ca wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product ordered from us, please ensure you meet these conditions:


  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in resalable condition in their original packaging
  • Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise authorized
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Ensure you meet the conditions listed above.
  2. Email hello@mailershop.ca and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to:

  4. Once we’ve received and inspected your shipment, we’ll issue a refund (less a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise authorized) back to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot take responsibility for any returned product(s) that become lost or damaged during transit.

We strongly recommend using a delivery service that provides you a tracking number. This will help secure and track your shipment until it reaches our facility.

All returns will be subject to inspection for damage or misuse. Items must be in resaleable condition in their original packaging for a refund to be issued.
